Last updated: July 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Climbwise website and services. By purchasing a Climbwise subscription or submitting an enquiry you agree to these terms. Climbwise is operated as a sole trader / limited company registered in England and Wales.
2. Our services
Climbwise provides professional website design and local search engine optimisation (SEO) services on a monthly subscription basis at £115 per month. This includes the services listed on our website. We will always describe our services accurately and will inform you of any material changes before they take effect.
3. SEO and rankings
We provide SEO services with the aim of improving your website's visibility in search engine results. We do not guarantee specific rankings, positions, or a defined number of enquiries. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties (Google, Bing, etc.) and results vary depending on your trade, location, competition and other factors outside our control. Any projections on our website are illustrative estimates only and are not contractual commitments.
4. Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. If payment fails we will notify you and suspend the service until payment is received. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice sent to hello@climbwise.co.uk. No cancellation fee applies. Upon cancellation your website will remain live until the end of the current billing period. After that your domain and hosting will be released unless an alternative arrangement is agreed.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting your enquiry and during onboarding. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content (text, images, logos) you supply to us. You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
On full payment of all sums due, the website content we create for you becomes your property. The Climbwise brand, logo and methodology remain our intellectual property at all times.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Climbwise is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in that period.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
